We are all suffering the pain the drought is causing on our properties in Napa Valley. It’s been a discouraging, disruptive, almost devastating , relentless challenge.  Will it ever end? What can we do to save our land , our trees , our gardens ? I was discouraged and searching for a “ 911” Solution.  Enter, Chris Blackard, an irrigation expert , who became my  “ Rescue Squad” .   Chris was recommended to me by a trustworthy friend. I am elated to be working with Chris on my property.   He is very experienced, professional, savvy about best controls and approaches for conserving  water -  besides being very organized and reliable.  Chris is also sympathetic and careful when it comes to my budget. He is a good communicator and very dedicated to “Doing it Right”.  Anyone fortunate enough to capture Chris, with his demanding schedule, is indeed, Blessed, as I am.
